You can reach Reptile Grove by email at hello@reptilegrove.com. You can also use the contact form on this page, which is protected against spam by Cloudflare Turnstile. We have not yet tested end-to-end delivery on the live site, so please do not rely on either route for anything urgent.

Questions about an article

If a guide left you with an open question, tell us which article you were reading and what you are trying to work out. The more specific you are about the species, the setup and what you are trying to decide, the more useful the answer can be. We can talk through general husbandry principles and point you to the kinds of sources that cover your situation.

What we cannot help with

We are not veterinarians and cannot diagnose or treat an individual animal. If your reptile is not eating, has trouble breathing, shows swelling, has a stuck shed, has been injured or simply seems wrong, please contact a qualified reptile or exotics veterinarian. In an emergency, do not wait for an email reply.

Corrections and sources

If you find a mistake or know of newer research or veterinary guidance that changes a recommendation, please send it along. The most helpful corrections name the article, quote the sentence in question and include a link or citation for the source.

Topic and product suggestions

We welcome ideas for species, problems and equipment categories you would like to see researched. When you suggest a topic or product, tell us which species it is for and what decision you are trying to make. Suggestions help guide what we cover, but they do not guarantee an article, and no one can pay for coverage because the site has no paid placement arrangements.

Privacy

Please share only what is needed to explain your question. See the Privacy Policy for how email messages are handled.

Questions about an article

If something in a guide is unclear, or you want to know how a species differs from the one we covered, email hello@reptilegrove.com with the article title and your question. General husbandry questions are welcome, though we cannot diagnose an individual animal.

Corrections and better sources

If you spot an error or know of a newer study, veterinary reference or conservation guideline that changes a recommendation, send the details and a link or citation to hello@reptilegrove.com. Specific, sourced corrections are the most useful kind.

Topic and product suggestions

Tell us which species, problem or piece of equipment you would like researched at hello@reptilegrove.com. Suggestions help shape what gets covered, though sending one does not guarantee an article, and the site currently has no paid placement arrangements.
